Donnie has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He started 2L Construction in 2004 and has continued to grow and strengthen the business each year. This year he has added the commercial portion of the company while still growing the civil side.
Chip Fisher
Civil/Commercial Operations Manager
Chip Fisher is a graduate of North Lake College and started with 2L Construction at its inception but has worked with Donnie for over 15 years. He is the Operations Manager for the Civil Division and oversees all of the estimating for the company.
